This policy covers the website at quit.mifasuse.com ("the site"), operated by Quit Smoking Journey. The site provides information to help people stop smoking.

2. Data we collect

Analytics

At present this site does not run analytics — no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no behavioral tracking scripts. Server access logs may record standard fields (timestamp, IP address, page requested, user-agent) for security and uptime purposes only; these are not analyzed for marketing.

If we add analytics in the future, this section will be updated before any tracking script goes live, and the cookie/data table below will reflect the actual processors used.

Data you enter into tools

Interactive tools on this site (such as the Savings Calculator) process data entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers or stored.

3. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or erasure of your data
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Because we collect minimal data and no directly identifying personal information through the site itself, most requests will be directed to Google (for Analytics data).

Analytics data is retained for 14 months in GA4 (the default). After that period, individual event data is deleted automatically by Google.

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
